However, some of the results of the study stated that the exploitation and the absence of restrictions on the size of the capture of mangrove crabs resulted in a decrease in the number of catchments by fishermen because the condition of crab stock in nature has decreased. The purpose of dedication is to provide education and training to fishermen about selling mangrove crabs, which is more prioritized than fattening results from direct catches from nature, and to increase the production of mud crabs by utilizing local materials. The next goal is the management of crab capture. Implementation of dedication is carried out through socialization and training for coastal communities and fishermen in Sungai Pauh Tanjung Village, Langsa City. The results of the implementation of community service activities contribute to increasing skills and added value, as well as increasing the production of mangrove crabs through the use of Samudra being cages and the use of local materials as potential feed for fattening mangrove crabs before being sold at the market.
Teuku Fadlon Haser, Suri Purnama Febri, Kartika Aprilia Putri, Andri Yusman Persada, Herlina Putri Endah Sari, Syardiansah Syardiansah, Syahriandi Syahriandi, Radhiah Radhiah, Antoni Harahap, Basyarudin Acha Copyright (c) 2024 Eumpang Breuh : Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat https://ejurnalunsam.id/index.php/ebjpm/article/view/10300 Fri, 07 Jun 2024 02:01:28 +0000 Packaging Techniques and Marketing Strategies in Aglonema Ornamental Plant Business in Langsa City https://ejurnalunsam.id/index.php/ebjpm/article/view/10301
Ornamental plants are plants that are planted and cared for aesthetic and beauty purposes. Policies to support the availability of marine resources as a source of animal protein play an important role in improving diets so as to prevent disruption of children's growth. Children are the forerunners of the nation's next generation. The formation of children's qualities since school will influence the quality of Human Resources (HR) when they reach productive age. School-aged children are a group that requires attention when consuming food and nutrients. Optimal growth and development of school-aged children depends on providing nutrition with good quality and quantity. The level of fish consumption in fishing families is influenced by several things, namely income, number of family members, perception of the price of fish, tastes, and also the level of education, or perhaps also the level of knowledge regarding the benefits of consuming fish. It is hoped that various types of interesting processed fish products can increase fish consumption patterns in the community, especially among children who are growing up. On this basis, it is necessary to hold a GEMARIKAN campaign (Movement to Promote Fish Eating) in schools, especially elementary schools. This activity aims to provide education about the benefits of consuming fish, and shift snacks to processed fish products, which are healthy and beneficial for children's growth and development.
Sri Ayu Insani, Ikhsanul Khairi, Uswatun Hasanah, Akbar Diansyah, Anhar Rozi, Nabila Ukhty Copyright (c) 2024 Eumpang Breuh : Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat https://ejurnalunsam.id/index.php/ebjpm/article/view/10197 Fri, 28 Jun 2024 00:00:00 +0000 Formation of Additional Skills for iGeneration Through Visual Communication Design Training https://ejurnalunsam.id/index.php/ebjpm/article/view/9729
The ability and creativity to create visual designs is very necessary in the current technological era. This is the basis for choosing the location of community service activities. The Community Service Team (PkM) consisting of several lecturers assisted by several students conducted a survey and situation analysis in the village so that problems in the village could be identified. The survey results showed the problems faced by the community, namely the low level of community knowledge about diversification of processed food products, especially in peanut commodities. This is the basis for the implementation of community service activities to make tempeh made from peanut raw materials. This activity aims to socialise the community to be able to increase knowledge and skills through the use of peanuts as raw material for making tempeh in Gue village. The result of this community service activity is that the community is able to make tempeh products from peanut raw materials.
Ika Rezvani Aprita, Sri Agustina, Chairil Anwar, Irhami, Endiyani, Maghfirah, Zulvia Maika Letis, Humeira, Suraiya Nazlia, Suri Purnama Febri Copyright (c) 2024 Eumpang Breuh : Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat https://ejurnalunsam.id/index.php/ebjpm/article/view/10665 Sun, 30 Jun 2024 00:00:00 +0000
