Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Peserta Didik Menggunakan Model Discovery Learning pada Pembelajaran Tematik Terpadu di Kelas IV.A SD Negeri 04 Sungai Geringging

This study aims to describe the improvement of integrated thematic learning outcomes using the Discovery Learning model in grade IV.A SD Negeri 04 Sungai Geringging. This study applies a type of classroom action research (PTK) using qualitative and quantitative approaches. The subjects of this study were teachers and grade IV students, totaling 20 people. The results showed an increase in: a) RPP Cycle I with an average of 83.3% (Good) and cycle II 94.44% (Very Good), b) Implementation of the teacher aspects of cycle I with an average of 89.5% (Good) and cycle II 93.75% (Very Good), while the implementation of the aspects of the students in the first cycle with an average of 89.5% (Good), and the second cycle 93.75% (Very Good). Based on these results it can be concluded that the Discovery Learning model can improve the integrated thematic learning process in class IV elementary schools.
