Analisis Literasi Keuangan Terhadap Keberlangsungan Usaha Kuliner Kota Medan
Abstract
Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis literasi keuangan terhadap keberlangsungan usaha kuliner. Subjek penelitian merupakan usaha kuliner khas dan beroperasi lebih dari 5 tahun di Kota Medan, sehingga diperoleh 30 usaha kuliner. Pengujian menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan berpengaruh terhadap keberlangsungan usaha kuliner. Para manajer dan karyawan memahami pentingnya literasi keuangan dalam strategi pengembangan usaha. Sikap dan perilaku literasi yang ditunjukkan oleh mereka diatas rata-rata untuk menunjang keberlangsungan usaha. Literasi keuangan yang tepat dan baik memberikan dampak keberlansungan usaha kuliner yang masih tetap dapat bersaing dipasar dalam waktu yang cukup lama, sehingga para pelaku usaha kuliner masih tetap eksis sampai saat ini.
