Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan hasil kajian karakteristik wasit sepak bola di Provinsi Aceh guna meningkatkan profesionalisme dan kualitas perwasitan di tingkat daerah. Profesionalisme wasit menjadi faktor penting dalam menjaga keadilan, sportivitas, dan mutu kompetisi sepak bola, namun masih banyak tantangan yang dihadapi, seperti keterbatasan pembinaan berkelanjutan, kesiapan fisik dan mental yang belum optimal, serta lemahnya dukungan kelembagaan. Kegiatan ini menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif dan kolaboratif, melibatkan 30 wasit aktif berlisensi nasional yang mengikuti serangkaian pelatihan dan pendampingan yang terintegrasi, mencakup aspek teknis, fisik, psikologis, dan etika profesional. Metode pelaksanaan terdiri atas tahap persiapan, pelatihan, coaching clinic, serta evaluasi formatif dan sumatif berbasis pre-test dan post-test. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman aturan permainan, kemampuan pengambilan keputusan, kondisi kebugaran, dan kestabilan emosional peserta. Selain itu, kegiatan ini berhasil memperkuat kesadaran etis dan integritas moral para wasit, serta membangun kolaborasi kelembagaan antara perguruan tinggi dan Asprov PSSI Aceh sebagai langkah menuju sistem pembinaan berkelanjutan. Dengan Implementasi kegiatan ini memberikan dampak nyata terhadap peningkatan profesionalisme wasit di Aceh dan dapat dijadikan model pengembangan standar perwasitan sepak bola nasional berbasis bukti dan konteks lokal.
