This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The results show that waqf through money management applies POAC functions (planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling) in developing Dombaland and Glamping. The management contributes to economic empowerment through job creation and community involvement in productive economic activities. However, empowerment remains limited to job opportunities and has not fully achieved community economic independence. This finding indicates a gap between waqf asset productivity and the depth of economic empowerment. Strengthening capacity, business assistance, and productive partnerships is needed to sustain waqf benefits.

Nur Faizah, Siti Kalimah, Mustofa Mustofa, Hanafi Adi Putranto Copyright (c) 2026 Nur Faizah, Siti Kalimah, Mustofa Mustofa, Hanafi Adi Putranto https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://ejurnalunsam.id/index.php/jseb/article/view/14930 Sat, 26 Sep 2026 03:37:08 +0000 Analisis Rantai Nilai dan Strategi Hilirisasi Produk Unggulan UMKM di Desa Wisata Kampung Tajur Purwakarta https://ejurnalunsam.id/index.php/jseb/article/view/15274
This study aims to develop a value chain analysis (VCA) model as a basis for formulating downstreaming strategies for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in the tourism village of Kampung Tajur, Purwakarta. The study employed a descriptive-analytical approach using a case study method of 12 MSMEs. The analysis was conducted by mapping nine value chain activities, applying Likert-scale assessments, analyzing Hayami value added, marketing margins, the location quotient (LQ), and the exponential comparison method (MPE). The results show an average VCA score of 2.53, with seven dimensions identified as bottlenecks, particularly technology and innovation (2.07), procurement and networking (2.13), and outbound logistics (2.33). The culinary sector was identified as a leading sector, with an LQ of 3.75, while woven crafts were prioritized for downstreaming based on the MPE results. The study produces a conceptual VCA–downstreaming model at technology readiness level (TRL) 3 as a basis for developing MSME downstreaming strategies based on local tourism potential.
Asep Hermawan, Imas Widowati, Dedy Setyo Oetomo Copyright (c) 2026 Asep Hermawan, Imas Widowati, Dedy Setyo Oetomo https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://ejurnalunsam.id/index.php/jseb/article/view/15274 Wed, 23 Sep 2026 17:05:38 +0000 Implementasi Marketing Intelligence melalui Program One Solution dalam Meningkatkan Penjualan Pelumas Industri PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Kalimantan https://ejurnalunsam.id/index.php/jseb/article/view/15146
This study aims to analyze the implementation of marketing intelligence through the One Solution Program in improving industrial lubricant sales at PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Regional Kalimantan. A qualitative approach using a case study method was employed. The findings indicate the main causes of low lubricant sales were customers’ existing partnerships with competitors and limited market penetration strategies. The One Solution Program implemented through collaboration with PT Prima Wiguna Parama, PT Pertamina Lubricants, and PT Elnusa, improved distribution efficiency and service quality, resulting in lubricant sales of 670,540 liters and IDR 27.18 billion in revenue. The study concludes that this strategy effectively enhances sales performance, supports KPI achievement, and offers strong replication potential across operational regions.
Aris Setiyawan, Ryan Prawira Utama Ansyar, Dina Setiyawati, Ruri Hudi Astuti, Noordiana Noordiana Copyright (c) 2026 Aris Setiyawan, Ryan Prawira Utama Ansyar, Dina Setiyawati, Ruri Hudi Astuti, Noordiana Noordiana https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://ejurnalunsam.id/index.php/jseb/article/view/15146 Tue, 22 Sep 2026 16:05:23 +0000 How Green Human Resource Management Enhances Sustainable Performance: Organizational Green Culture and Top Management Support https://ejurnalunsam.id/index.php/jseb/article/view/15184
This study examines the effect of green human resource management (GHRM) on environmental and social performance, with organizational green culture (OGC) as a mediator and top management support (TMS) as a moderator. Data from 197 respondents at a manufacturing company in East Kalimantan were analyzed via PLS-SEM in SmartPLS. Results show GHRM significantly affects OGC, environmental performance, and social performance, though negatively for the latter. OGC significantly influences environmental but not social performance, and does not mediate the GHRM-performance relationship. TMS does not moderate the OGC-performance relationships. These findings indicate that strengthening GHRM practices directly, rather than through organizational culture or top management support, is the more critical driver of corporate sustainability.
Rosyid Nurrohman, Muhammad Syah Angha Alfathir Copyright (c) 2026 Rosyid Nurrohman, Muhammad Syah Angha Alfathir https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://ejurnalunsam.id/index.php/jseb/article/view/15184 Tue, 22 Sep 2026 03:10:49 +0000 Analisis Value Chain Upgrading Komoditas Kakao melalui Strategi Branding dan Diferensiasi Produk di Sabang https://ejurnalunsam.id/index.php/jseb/article/view/15181
Sabang cocoa has distinctive terroir potential, yet its production and cultivated area have declined over the past five years, with most beans still sold unfermented at low value. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 152 active policyholders and analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). The results show that CRBB positively influences trust and customer engagement. trust positively affects customer engagement and policy renewal intention, while customer engagement also enhances policy renewal intention. Furthermore, trust and customer engagement mediate the relationship between CRBB and policy renewal intention. These findings highlight the importance of relationship-building behaviors in strengthening customer relationships and encouraging long-term policy renewal.
Rafinko Anggriawan, Yudo Anggoro Copyright (c) 2026 Rafinko Anggriawan, Yudo Anggoro https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://ejurnalunsam.id/index.php/jseb/article/view/14914 Thu, 17 Sep 2026 14:34:42 +0000 Pengaruh Work-Life Balance, Stres Kerja, dan Beban Kerja terhadap Turnover Intention pada Karyawan PT. Bahari Makmur Sejati. This quantitative-associative study used a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents selected through a purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS. The results showed that work-life balance, job stress, and workload partially had a significant effect on turnover intention. Job stress was the most dominant variable in influencing turnover intention. However, the coefficient of determination value indicates that the model's ability to explain turnover intention is still relatively low, indicating that other factors outside the model also influence this variable. This study is expected to serve as a basis for companies in formulating strategies to minimize turnover intention.
Marya Yenny, Nazifah Husainah, Susan Kristinawati, Berlianingsih Kusumawati, Anggraeni Pratama Indrianto Copyright (c) 2026 Marya Yenny, Nazifah Husainah, Susan Kristinawati, Berlianingsih Kusumawati, Anggraeni Pratama Indrianto https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://ejurnalunsam.id/index.php/jseb/article/view/14475 Thu, 28 May 2026 13:54:26 +0000 Pengaruh Lifestyle, Self Control dan Pendapatan terhadap Perilaku Konsumtif melalui Literasi Keuangan sebagai Variabel Intervening https://ejurnalunsam.id/index.php/jseb/article/view/14416
This study used financial literacy as a mediating variable to examine how lifestyle, self-control, and income influence consumer behavior. The model used a two-way fixed-effects approach, with tests for heteroscedasticity, robustness, and autocorrelation. The results indicate that GDP per capita, trade openness, and telecommunications infrastructure have a significant positive effect on the HDI, while population growth has a non-significant negative effect, suggesting that population growth does not directly and significantly reduce or improve the quality of human development. Economic crises show a non-significant positive effect on the HDI. These findings indicate that economic growth, trade integration, and the strengthening of digital infrastructure are important factors in human development in developing countries.
Septyan Tri Andika, Dini Yuniarti Copyright (c) 2026 Septyan Tri Andika, Dini Yuniarti https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://ejurnalunsam.id/index.php/jseb/article/view/14496 Sun, 24 May 2026 13:47:49 +0000
