Abstract
The study was intended to identify the factors found in Cepoko agrotourism whether internal or external. The research method used is qualitative degenerative. The data used in the study are primer and secondary. The metode for collecting respondent samples using purposive sampling technique. Totally 25 respondents. The method of data analysis used analysis SWOT matrix IFAS EFAS and QSPM for alternative determination strategy. The total value of the IFAS matrix at 2.71 indicate that the power of the agroturism that Cepoko was competent of overcoming weaknesses. Thr total value matrix EFAS at 2.59 indicate that Cepoko’s agroturism invaluable both in taking advantage of or responding to opportunitirs thatexist to overcome existing threats. Based on the IE matrix it is known that Cepoko’s agroturism is in V area, in other words keep and maintain, which means that Cepoko’s agroturism has the oppoerunity to grow more and to do development innovation. A proper alternative strategy for Cepoko’s agroturism is to promote more massif, creat tourist packages vehicles to capture Cepoko’s agroturism and impress the local youth and youth in the process of developing the Cepoko’s agroturism and to keep the farmer’s regenerate intact.
