Abstract

This study aims to describe a real picture about implementation of integrated of thematic learning, which discuss about the Problem Based Learning (PBL) implementation model, the obstacles in implementing PBL model, the efforts to overcome the obstacles in implementing PBL model

This type of research is qualitative research using descriptive methods. This research was conducted at SDN 08 Kampung Jawa 1 Kota Pariaman. The data of this research are the learning outcomes about the implementation of integrated thematic learning using the PBL model in grade 4th SDN 08 Kampung Jawa 1. The techniques of this research are observation, interview, and documentation. Data presentation and data retrieval are used in analyzing the data

Based on the research findings, it can be concluded (1) The implementation integrated thematic learning using PBL model in grade 4th SDN 08 Kampung Jawa 1 (2) The obstacles in implementing integrated thematic using PBL model in grade 4th SDN 08 Kampung Jawa 1 (3) The efforts to overcome the obstacles in implementing integrated thematic learning using PBL both from the students and teacher aspects.
