Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve student learning outcomes in integrated thematic learning using the Take And Give Type Cooperative model in class V SDN 22 Magek, Agam Regency. This research is a Classroom Action Research using qualitative and quantitative approaches. This research was carried out in the stages of planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. This study consisted of two cycles, namely cycle I two meetings and cycle II one meeting. The subjects in this study were teachers and students in grade V SDN 22 Magek Agam Regency, totaling 18 people. The results of this study indicate an increase in integrated thematic learning outcomes in class V. In the RPP observation cycle I obtained an average of 80.5% (B), increasing to 91.6% (AB) in cycle II. In the observation of the teacher's aspect in cycle I, it was obtained an average of 78.7% (C), increasing to 87.5% (B) in cycle II. In the observation of students in cycle I, it was obtained an average of 72.5% (C), increasing to 85% (B). And the learning outcomes of students in the first cycle obtained an average of 70.5 (C), increasing to 82 (B) in the second cycle. Thus the Take And Give Type Cooperative model has been able to improve student learning outcomes in integrated thematic learning in class V SDN 22 Magek, Agam Regency.
