Abstract

This study aims to describe the improvement of students' reading comprehension skills using the KWL (Know Whenn To Learned) strategy in grade IV SDN 42 Talawi. This can be seen from the average results of the first cycle of meeting I of 51.67, increasing in the second meeting of 73.3. In the second cycle the reading comprehension ability increased to 91.7 .. In the post reading stage, the fourth grade students of primary school in the first cycle of meeting I increased by 46 at the second meeting of 70.7. In the second cycle the reading comprehension ability increased to 87.7.
