Abstract

This study aims to develop worksheets using the PMRI approach on the circumference and Area of Squares, Rectangles, and Triangles as well as the Relationship between Powers of Two and Roots of Twos in Grade IV Elementary School which is valid, and practically uses a plomp development model. The stages are Preliminary Research Phase, Prototyping Phase, and Assessment Phase. The subjects of this research are 3 experts, 1 class IV teacher and 12 class IV students at elementary school 03 Sungai Beringin District. Payakumbuh Regency. 50 Kota. The instruments used are: expert validation sheets, teacher and student response questionnaires. The results showed: (1) worksheets using the PMRI approach on material circumference and area of square, rectangle, and triangle and relationship between the powers of two with the root of two in grade iv of elementary school were declared valid by material expert, linguists expert and media expert with an average rating category of 92, (2) teacher and student responses on the Worksheets using the PMRI approach on the Circumference and Area of Square, Rectangle, and Triangle Materials and the Relationship between the Power of Two and the Root of the Power of Two in grade IV elementary school obtained a very practical assessment category with an average value of 96% and 91.5%.
