Pengaruh Penggunaan Aplikasi Kahoot sebagai Alat Evaluasi pada Kegiatan Penutup Pembelajaran Matematika terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas IV SD
Abstract
This research aims to determine the effect of using Kahoot application as an evaluation tool to see the outcomes of closing mathematics learning activities at fourth grade students SD Muhammadiyah Kauman Padang Panjang. This type of research is a quasi-experimental design. Using purposive sampling as the sampling technique. The instrument in the research used observation sheets and tests. Technique of data analysis used descriptive and inferential statistics. The results of research show that; 1) the learning outcomes is obtained by the experimental class are higher than the control class, it is indicated by the average of the experimental class = 70 and the average of the control class = 54. 2) H1 is accepted which means that there is an effect in the use of Kahoot application as an evaluation tool in closing mathematics learning activities on student learning outcomes. Based on the statistical results of the t test, the significance value is smaller than the 5% significance level (= 0.05) which is 0.017 < 0.05. It can be concluded that the use of Kahoot application as an evaluation tool in closing mathematics learning activities affects the learning outcomes of fourth grade students at SD Muhammadiyah Kauman Padang Panjang.
