Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Peserta Didik Dengan Menggunakan Model Cooperative Tipe Two Stay Two Stray Pada Pembelajaran Tematik Terpadu di Kelas V SDN 04 Bukit Apit Puhun Bukittinggi

Abstract

The purpose of the research was to describe the improvement of student’s learning outputs on integrated thematic learning by implementing “Two Stay Two Stray” Cooperative model at Five Grade Students of elementary school 04 Bukit Apit Puhun Bukittnggi regency. This research was a classrom action research which used qualitatiive and quantitatiive approaches. It was implemented in two cycles. Cycle I was administered during two meetings and cycle II was constructed in 1 meeting. The subject of the research was the teacher at the five grade as observer, researcher as practitioner, and the five grade students of elementary school 04 Bukit Apit Puhun Bukittnggi regency(24 peoples). The results of the research showed the improvement of student’s learning output, they were : a) observation results of the lesson plan (RPP) in cycle I is avaraged 83,33% (good), it increased in cycle II became 94,44% ( very good). b) The result of teacher’s activities in cycle Iis avaraged 85,93% (good), it increased in cycle II became 96,87% (good). c) the result of student’s activities in cycle I is avaraged 84,37% (good), it increased in cylce II became 93,75% (good). d) Student’s learning assessment at cycle I is avaraged 72,29 (enough), it was increased in cycle II became 84,45 (good). Based on these results, it can be concluded that “Two Stay Two Stray” Cooperative model can improve students’ learning output on integrated thematic learning.
