Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Siswa pada Pembelajaran Tematik Terpadu Menggunakan Model Everyone is Teacher Here di Kelas IV SDN 02 Bukik Sikumpa Payakumbuh

Abstract

This research was carriedout based on the problems found in learning activities in the implementation of observations. In the learning process students look less active and the courage of students in expressing opinions is still lacking. This has an influence on student learning outcomes that are low. The purpose of this study is to describe the improvement of student learning outcomes in integrated thematic learning using the Everyone is Teacher Here model.The subjects in this research is teachers and fourth grade students, totaling 17 people, with 12 male students and 5 female students. This research is a Classroom Action Reseach (CAR) that uses a qualitative and quantitative approach with four stages, namely palnning, implementation, observation, and refelction. The implementation of this research includes two cycle, namely the fist cycle consisting of two meetings, and the second cycle consisting of one meeting. The data in this study were obtained from observations of the implementation of the lesson plans, the implementation process, and student learning outcomes. Data collection techniques used observation sheet, analysis documents, test, and npn-tests. The result of this study indicate an increase in aspects of a) the implementation of lesson plans in the first cycle obtained an average of 84,05% with good qualifications (B), and in the second cycle increase to 95,45% with very good qualifications (SB), b) in the first cycle teacher aspect obtained an average of 80% with good qualifications (B)and in the second cycle increase to 90% with good qualifications (B), c) in the aspect od the first cycle students obtained average of 77,5% with sufficient qualifications (C) and the second cycle increase to 92,5% with very good qualifications (SB), d) in the fisrt cycle student learning outcomes obtained an average of 69,43 and increase in the second cycle to 83,57. Based on the results obtained, it can be conclude that learning using the Everyone is Teacher Here model can improve the results of integrated thematic learning in grade IV.
