Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Numbered Head Together (NHT) Terhadap Hasil Belajar Tematik Terpadu Peserta Didik Di Kelas 5 SDN 02 Percontohan Kota Bukittinggi

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of students in integrated thematic learning, because students are not yet active in the implementation of their learning. The purpose of this study was to describe the effect of the Numbered Head Together (NHT) cooperative model on the integrated thematic learning outcomes of students in grade 5 SDN 02 Pilot of City Bukittinggi.This type of research is quantitative in the form of a quasi-experimental design. The design used is Non Equivalent Control Group Design. The technique used for sampling is cluster random sampling. The population is 2 elementary schools in the area of Kayu Kubu Village, Bukittinggi City. The study was conducted at SDN 02 Pilot City of Bukittinggi and obtained class 5A which consisted of 15 students for the experimental class and class 5B which consisted of 15 students as the control class. The data analysis technique used is to use a prerequisite test in the form of a normality test, then a homogeneity test and a hypothesis test using a t-test.Based on the results of the pretest, the average in the experimental class was 53 and after applying the Numbered Head Together (NHT) cooperative learning model, the post-test average was 79,67. Meanwhile in the control class, the average pretest was 46,67 and the post-test average after being taught using the conventional approach was 74,67. Based on the hypothesis test conducted by t-test, obtained tcount = 1,76 and ttable = 0,00178 with a significance level of 0,05. This tcount = 1,76 > ttable = 0,00178. It can be concluded that there is a significant effect of the Numbered Head Together (NHT) cooperative learning model on the integrated thematic learning outcomes of students in grade 5 SDN 02 Pilot of City Bukittinggi.
