Abstract

This study aims to describe the increase in student learning outcomes using the Index Card Match model in integrated thematic learning in grade IV elementary schools. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) using qualitative and quantitative approaches. The research subjects were teachers and students in class IV, totaling 18 people. The results of the research on RPP assessment in the first cycle of 78% (B), the first cycle of the second meeting 86% (B), increased in the second cycle to 97% (A). The implementation of learning from the teacher's aspect in the first cycle of the first meeting was 75% (B), the first cycle of the second meeting was 79% (B), increased in the second cycle with a score of 96% (A). The implementation of learning in the first cycle of the first meeting of the learner aspect is 69% (C), the first cycle of the second meeting is 77% (B), increasing in the second cycle the score is 92% (A). The learning outcomes of students in the first cycle of the first meeting were 72.72 (C), the first cycle of the second meeting was 79.53 (B), increased in the second cycle the value of 94.31 (A). Thus, it can be concluded that the Index Card Match model can improve student learning outcomes in integrated thematic learning in elementary schools.
