Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Peserta Didik Pada Pembelajaran Tematik Terpadu Dengan Model Cooperative Learning Tipe Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) Di Kelas IV SDN 18 Sungai Limau Kabupaten Padang Pariaman

Abstract

The background of this research is the low learning outcomes of students, this condition is caused because the teacher has not used a variety of learning models and the teacher has not optimized the use of learning media so that students in class IV SD Negeri 18 Sungai Limau, Padang Pariaman Regency are less active in learning. This study aims to describe the increase in student learning outcomes in integrated thematic learning with the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) Type Cooperative Learning model in class IV SDN 18 Sungai Limau, Padang Pariaman Regency. This research is a Classroom Action Research (PTK) which uses qualitative and quantitative approaches and is carried out in two cycles. The research procedure consists of planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. Research data obtained from observations and test results. The research was carried out in the 2022/2023 school year. The research subjects were teachers and fourth grade elementary school students with a total of 18 students. The results of the study showed an increase, in cycle I starting with the results of the preparation analysis: a) lesson plans showed an average of 86.1% (B) and Cycle II became 94.4% (A), b) implementation of the teacher aspects of cycle I averaged - average 81.25% (B) and cycle II 95% (A), while the implementation of aspects of students in cycle I averaged 80% (B), and cycle II became 92.5% (A), c) Assessment on the learning outcomes of students in cycle I obtained an average of 78.6 (C) and cycle II 91.2 (B). Based on these results it can be concluded that the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) model can improve student learning outcomes in integrated thematic learning.

 

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar peserta didik, kondisi ini disebabkan karena guru belum menggunakan model pembelajaran yang bervariasi dan guru masih belum mengoptimalkan penggunaan media pembelajaran sehingga peserta didik di kelas IV SD Negeri 18 Sungai Limau Kabupaten Padang Pariaman kurang aktif dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran tematik terpadu dengan model Cooperative Learning Tipe Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) di kelas IV SDN 18 Sungai Limau Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif serta dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Prosedur penelitian terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Data penelitian diperoleh dari hasil observasi dan hasil tes. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada tahun ajaran 2022/2023. Subjek penelitian yaitu guru dan peserta didik kelas IV Sekolah Dasar dengan jumlah 18 peserta didik. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan, pada siklus I di mulai dengan hasil analisis penyusunan: a) RPP menunjukkan rata-rata 86,1% (B) dan Siklus II menjadi 94,4% (A), b) pelaksanakan aspek guru siklus I rata-rata 81,25% (B) dan siklus II 95% (A), sedangkan pelaksanaan aspek peserta didik pada siklus I rata-rata 80% (B), dan siklus II menjadi 92,5% (A), c) Penilaian terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada siklus I diperoleh rata-rata 78,6 (C) dan siklus II 91,2 (B). Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan model Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran tematik terpadu.
