Penerapan Pendekatan Pendidikan Matematika Realistik Indonesia (PMRI) Sebagai Upaya Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Matematika Di SD

Abstract

At this time the applicationiof the right approach is stillinot applied properly and effectively, so that many students still have a low mathematical level in mathematics, have difficulty understanding the material, are notiinterested in the material presented by the educator, have not been able to answer questions related to the material, there was no feedback from students such as asking questions about the material, and motivation to learn was very lacking. This is what makes educators consider an appropriate approach in the learning process. So it is necessary to make improvements in the implementation of learning in order toiimprove the ability of students in learning mathematics so that the Pendidikan Matematika Realistik Indonesia (PMRI) approach is able to improve and optimize all the abilities of students as expected in the 2013 curriculum.One way that is appropriate and in accordance with the 2013 curriculum is to use the Indonesian Realistic Mathematics Education (PMRI) approach in improving student learning outcomes. The method of writing this article is to use literature studies (review articles). The successful application of the Pendidikan Matematika Realistik Indonesia (PMRI) approach has been proven fromiseveral journal sources that have conducted research with the Indonesian Realistic Mathematics Education (PMRI) approach in improving student learning outcomes in mathematics in elementary schools.
