Abstract
This research is motivated by the importance of inculcating social value education to be owned by every child, including children with physical disabilities Cerebral Palsy. In the application of social value education to children with Cerebral Palsy, parents have a very big role. Therefore, this study aims to determine how much parents play a role in implementing social value education for children with cerebral palsy. This research was conducted by the Rumah Gadang Cerebral Palsy Foundation, Padang. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative with data collection techniques through questionnaires to 22 parents at the Rumah Gadang Foundation as research subjects. The data that has been collected will be processed using a percentage technique which will then describe the results thoroughly. From the result of this study, it can be concluded that parents at the Rumah Gadang Cerebral Palsy Foundation have implemented social value aducation for their chidren, but role of parents is still not good.
