Abstract
outcomes of plans and scales using the Cooperative Learning Type Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) model. This research is a classroom action research (CAR) that uses qualitative and quantitative approaches. It was carried out in two cycles, where the first cycle consisted of two meetings and the second cycle one meeting. Each cycle includes four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were fifth grade teachers and 15 students. The results showed that the first cycle of RPP obtained an average of 85% (Good), increasing in the second cycle to 95% (Very Good). The implementation in the first cycle of teacher activities obtained an average of 83.92% (Good), increased in the second cycle to 92.85% (Very Good). The implementation of student activities obtained an average of 83.92% (Good), increasing in the second cycle to 92.85% (Very good). Student learning outcomes in the first cycle obtained an average of 70.74 (Enough), increased in the second cycle which was obtained an average of 82.96% (Good). Thus, it can be concluded that the Cooperative Learning Type Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) model can improve the learning outcomes of plans and scales in elementary school.
