Penerapan Model Everyone Is Teacher Here Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Peserta Didik Pada Pembelajaran Tematik Terpadu Di Kelas IV SDN 09 Gumarang, Kabupaten agam
Abstract
This research is motivated by low student learning outcomes of students who are still low, when the learning process students look less active, students also do not get the concepts from various lessons in one lesson, and the courage of students to speak to express opinions is still less visible. Caused by the lack of development of innovative learning models used by teachers in the learning process, so that during the learning process is still teacher-centered or teacher-centered. The purpose of this study is to describe the application of the everyone is teacher here model to improve student learning outcomes in integrated thematic learning in grade IV SDN 09 Gumarang, Agam Regency. This research is a classroom action research (CAR) that uses qualitative and quantitative approaches. It was carried out in two cycles, namely the first cycle consisting of 2 meetings and the second cycle consisting of 1 meeting. Each cycle includes four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were teachers and fourth grade students of SDN 09 Gumarang with a total of 16 students. The results showed an increase in: a) RPP cycle I 83,33% (good) and cycle II 94,44% (very good), b) Teacher activity in the implementation of cycle i was 85% (good) and cycle II 92,5% (very good), while the activity of students in the implementation of cycle I was 82,5% (good), and cycle II was 92,5% (very good), c) The assessment of student learning outcomes in the first cycle was obtained with an average of 78,10 and a percentage of 75% and the second of cycle with an average of 92,83 and a percentage of 100%. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the everyone is teacher here model can improve student learning outcomes in thematic learning.
