Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Peserta Didik Pada Pembelajaran Tematik Terpadu Menggunakan Model Guided Note Taking Di Kelas V SDN 17 Manggis Ganting Kota Bukittinggi

Abstract

This research is motivated by integrated thematic learning that has not been running properly, both in terms of teachers and students. So that it has an impact on the low learning outcomes of fifth grade students at SDN 17 Manggis Ganting, Bukittinggi city. This study aims to describe the improvement of student learning outcomes in integrated thematic learning using the Guided Note Taking model. This research is useful for providing innovation in learning.This research is a classroom action research using qualitative and quantitative approaches which are carried out in two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The research subjects were teachers and students in class V of SDN 17 Manggis Ganting, Bukittinggi City, totaling 26 people, 15 male students, and 11 female students. The results of the study seen from the aspect of the Learning Implementation Plan in the first cycle obtained an average of 77.5% with qualification C (Enough), increased in cycle II to 94% with SB qualification (Very Good). The implementation of learning activities for teachers in the first cycle is an average of 78.5% with a C qualification (Enough), increasing in the second cycle to 92% with A (Very Good) qualification. In the first cycle, the average student activity was 78.5%, with a qualification of C (Enough), increasing in the second cycle to 92% with a qualification of A (Very Good). The learning outcomes of students in the first cycle obtained an average of 66.74 with a qualification of D (Poor), and increased in the second cycle to 83.80% with a qualification of B (Good). Based on these results, it can be concluded that using the Guided Note Taking Model can improve student learning outcomes in integrated thematic learning in elementary schools.
