Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the Picture and Picture learning model on student learning outcomes for subtheme 3 The Effect of Weather Changes on Human Life in class III UPTD SD Negeri 124388 Pematangsiantar. This research is quantitative research, the research design uses Pre-Experimental with a one group pretest-posttest design type. The population in this study was 28 grade III UPTD students at SD Negeri 124388 Pematangsiantar. Meanwhile, the sample was saturated sampling, namely class III UPTD SD Negeri 124388 Pematangsiantar as many as 28 people, with gender 20 male students and 8 female students. The data from this research is the average result of the pretest is 40,18 and the posttest is 75,00. Analysis of data obtained through the faired sample T-test shows that the significance is 16,717 > 2,052, namely t_count > t_tabel so that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected and it can be concluded that the Picture and Picture learning model has an influence on student learning outcomes in subtheme 3 Effect of Weather Changes on Human Life class III UPTD SD Negeri 124388 Pematangsiantar.
