Perbedaan Hasil Belajar Peserta Didik Menggunakan Model Kooperatif Tipe Numbered Head Together (NHT) dengan Model Konvensional pada Materi Bangun Datar di Kelas IV SDN 37 Kunpar
Abstract
This research is based on observations made by researchers at SDN 37 Kunpar. Researchers found that learning with innovative models has not been implemented optimally, more conventional models are used in learning, and students are less actively involved in learning. This results in student learning outcomes in mathematics learning tending to be low. This research aims to determine the differences in learning outcomes of students using the numbered head together (NHT) type cooperative model with the conventional model on plane material in Class IV SDN 37 Kunpar. This research is a quantitative research with an experimental type and a quasi-experimental research design in the form of a nonequivalent control group design. The population consists of class IV students at SDN 37 Kunpar. Sample data collection was carried out using a total sampling technique, so that the research sample was all class IV students at SDN 37 Kunpar. Class IV.A SDN 37 Kunpar as the experimental class and class IV.B SDN 37 Kunpar as the control class. Based on the research results, the average score for the experimental class was 80.21 with a standard deviation of 12.528 and the average score for the control class was 69.69 with a standard deviation of 12.219. After testing the hypothesis, the value of tcount > ttable was obtained, namely 3.3436 > 1.6725, so H1 was accepted and H0 was rejected. It can be concluded that there are differences in the learning outcomes of students using the numbered head together (NHT) type cooperative model with the conventional model on plane material in Class IV SDN 37 Kunpar.
