Menganalisis Perkembangan Motivasi, Moral, Dan Kepribadian Anak SD, Serta Mengintegrasikan Pemanfaatannya Dalam Pembelajaran

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the development of motivation, morals, and personality of elementary school children, and examine how understanding of these aspects can be utilized in an effective and meaningful learning process. Through a literature review method, this article compiles a synthesis of various theories and studies that discuss the dynamics of children's psychological development. Motivation plays an important role in encouraging enthusiasm for learning, while moral development forms attitudes and social values, and personality becomes the basis of individual character. The results of the study indicate that learning that considers these three aspects will be better able to form students who are active, responsible, and have character. Therefore, teachers need to integrate approaches that support the growth of intrinsic motivation, moral understanding, and the formation of positive personality into the daily learning process
