Abstract

This article aims to analyze the intellectual development, creativity, and talent of children and examine how these potentials can be optimally utilized in the learning process. This study uses a literature review method, by reviewing various theories, research results, and relevant scientific literature. Children's intellectual development includes aspects of logical thinking, problem solving, and the ability to understand abstract concepts, while creativity and talent are important elements that support meaningful and student-centered learning. The results of the study indicate that the integration of children's individual potential with the right learning approach can increase learning motivation, academic achievement, and character formation. Therefore, teachers need to understand and accommodate students' intellectual diversity and creativity through flexible, adaptive, and potential-based learning strategies.
