Abstract

This research is motivated by problems that occur in the field that during the learning process the critical thinking ability of learners is less than maximum. The purpose of this study was to find out the differences in learners' learning outcomes using Inkuiri and Conventional models. This type of research uses quantitative research with experimental methods used is a type of quasi experimental. The design used in this research is The Nonequvalen Pretest-Postet Control Group Design is a design that has a control group. For hypothesis testing, this study used t-test statistic, with a significant level of 5% (=0.05. Based on the results of data analysis obtained thitung results 8.29 and ttabel = 1.68830. With thitung > ttabel i.e. (8.29 > 1.68830) means Ha is accepted. The results of the calculation can be concluded that there are significant differences in learners' learning outcomes between the experimental class using the Inkuiri model and the control class using Conventional learning
