Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Penyajian Data Dengan Model Problem Based Learning (PBL) Di Kelas V SD Negeri 10 Sarik Alahan Tigo Kabupaten Solok

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of students in class V SDN 10 Sarik Alahan tigo. Teachers have not maximally used problem-based learning models in the learning process related to the real environment. So that it has an impact on students who do not understand the learning delivered by the teacher. This study aims to describe the increase in learning outcomes of data presentation with the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model in class V SDN 10 Sarik Alahan Tigo.

This research is a classroom action research using qualitative and quantitative approaches. The research was carried out in two cycles, namely cycle I and cycle II. Cycle I held two meetings. Cycle II was held in one meeting. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were the fifth grade students of SDN 10 Sarik Alahan Tigo, totaling 21 people consisting of 10 male students and 11 female students.

The results showed an increase in the first cycle to the second cycle. The results of the RPP observations in cycle I averaged 80% with good qualifications (B) increasing to 97% with very good qualifications (A) in cycle II. On the observation results from the aspect of teacher qualifications in cycle I an average of 60% with sufficient qualifications (C) increased to 96% with very good qualifications (A) in cycle II. Based on the observations from the aspect of students in the first cycle, an average of 68% with sufficient qualifications (C) increased to 92% with very good qualifications (A) in the second cycle. While the learning outcomes of students in the first cycle obtained an average of 72 with sufficient qualifications (C) increasing to 92 with very good qualifications (A) in the second cycle.
