Pengaruh Metode Learning Start With A Question (LSQ) Terhadap Hasil Belajar Pada Pembelajaran IPAS Siswa Kelas V Sd Negeri 2 Seulalah
Abstrak
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of the Learning Start With a Question (LSQ) approach on the academic achievement of fifth-grade students at SDN 2 Seulalah. The research uses a quantitative method within a Quasi-Experimental framework, specifically employing a Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The participants consisted of 30 fifth-grade students. Using purposive sampling, 15 students from class V A were assigned to the experimental group, while 15 students from class V B formed the control group. Data were collected through a multiple-choice test and analyzed using a t-test to assess the proposed hypothesis. Prior to the intervention, the experimental group had an average score of 65.2, which rose to 85.7 afterward. In comparison, the control group’s average score increased from 66.6 to 77.06. The t-test results indicated a significance level (2-tailed) of 0.000, which is below the standard threshold of 0.05. Based on these findings, the null hypothesis was rejected and the alternative hypothesis accepted. This suggests that the LSQ method has a significant and positive impact on the learning outcomes of fifth-grade students at SDN 2 Seulalah.
