Analisis Nilai Karakter Yang Terkandung Pada Buku Teks Siswa Sekolah Dasar

Abstrak

The purpose of this study is to develop the Character Values contained in the Textbooks of Class IV Second Semester II Students in Primary Schools. This research is a qualitative research. The subject is the main focus of research conducted by researchers is the Class IV Students' Book Semester II in Elementary Schools. While the object of research is the context of values contained in the story and educational values that are useful for the community as learning. Based on the findings in the thematic book Theme 5 integrated curriculum and booklet published by the Ministry of Education and Culture entitled "My Heroes" there are 5 themes of story text analyzed, producing 10 character values found including: (1) Hard Work, (2) Appreciating Achievement, ( 3) Social Care, (4) Friendly / Communicative, (5) Tolerance, (6) Creative, (7) Responsibility, (8) Environmental Care, (9) Curiosity, (10) Love the Motherland.
