Journal of Informatics and Computer Technology (J-ICOM) is a scientific journal focusing on computer science, information technology, and computer technology. It presents scholarly literature on both theoretical and applied research in these fields. The journal also includes public reviews related to the development of theories, methods, and applied sciences that correspond with the relevant subjects and objects of study.

J-ICOM is published by the Informatics Study Program, Faculty of Science and Technology, Samudra University. The journal features research articles and scientific studies. The editorial board of J-ICOM welcomes contributions from researchers, professionals, and students to submit their scientific works in the areas of computer science, information technology, and computer engineering.

J-ICOM is available in both online and print versions. The scope of the journal includes, but is not limited to: Intelligent Systems, Big Data, Internet of Things (IoT), Cloud Computing, Distributed Systems, Multimedia, Multimedia Security, Computer Vision, Information Systems, Network Technology, Computer Network Security, Optical Communication Technology, E-Commerce & E-Learning, Software Engineering, Data Mining, Mobile Applications, Knowledge-Based Management Systems, Digital Signals, Image Processing, Robotics, and other areas related to computer science, science, and technology.

The Journal of Informatics and Computer Technology is published twice a year, in April and October.
