This research was motivated by the implementation of teaching and learning activities that continued during the Covid-19 pandemic by implementing health protocols. One of the implementation of the health protocol that has been carried out in schools is washing hands. This hand washing activity has been carried out well in schools. All school members including students, staff and teachers always wash their hands with soap. Because soap is always used to wash hands before and after entering the school environment, the availability of soap in schools is reduced, so schools need an adequate supply of hand washing soap. The researcher observed the process of making soap, the dosage used by the teacher was not measured properly, so the result was that the hand washing soap was made too runny and the soap could not be used. So the researchers wanted to provide an intervention by conducting learning using video tutorial media for children's soap making skills.

The method the researcher used was a class action research on four subjects consisting of two cycles. In processing the data collection techniques used, namely through observation, documentation and tests in the form of behavior. Based on research data and results obtained from research on children's vocational skills in making hand washing soap, they have increased.
