Pengaruh Model Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) Terhadap Hasil Belajar Psikomotorik Siswa Kelas V SD Negeri 1 Langsa

Abstrak

The research that has been carried out is aimed at knowing the effect of using the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) model on the psychomotor learning outcomes of fifth grade students of SD Negeri 1 Langsa. This type of research is a quasi-experimental (quasi-experimental). The sample that has been determined in this study is 30 students in class V-a and 30 students in class V-b. The technique used in the process of collecting data is observation and documentation. The results of the hypothesis test obtained the value of t_count = 11.1000 > the value of t_table = 2.0017. Based on these results, the researchers concluded that the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) model could have an influence on the psychomotor learning outcomes of fifth graders at SD Negeri 1 Langsa. Researchers hope that the use of the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) model in the future can be developed and applied better to improve student psychomotor learning outcomes by paying more attention to aspects that make students active in learning.
