Jurnal Ilmiah Mahasiswa Manajerial Terapan is a scientific publication platform managed by the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Samudra. This journal is dedicated to facilitating students in disseminating their scientific work in the fields of management and business on a broader scale. The main focus of this journal encompasses various aspects of applied managerial studies such as marketing management, financial management, human resource management, operations management, entrepreneurship, as well as strategic and organizational management. The journal also welcomes interdisciplinary studies relevant to the development of management practices in both private and public sectors. Published three times a year—in November (Issue 1), March (Issue 2), and July (Issue 3)—this journal serves as an academic platform to foster a culture of research and scientific writing among students. Each submitted manuscript undergoes a rigorous editing and review process conducted by a team of editors and reviewers from a competent academic background to ensure the quality and originality of the work. Through this journal, the Management Study Program of Universitas Samudra is committed to enhancing students’ academic capacity and contributing to the development of contextual and applicable management science.
