Jurnal Hukum Samudra Keadilan (JHSK) aims to provide information for discussion and sharing among legal researchers concerned with the development of law in Indonesia, and does not accept articles that are outside the scope of JHSK. JHSK seeks to find understanding and collaboration in the field through methods represented, not only by law in general and Islamic sharia, but also by social sciences and related disciplines.
