Jurnal Hukum Samudra Keadilan (JHSK) is an academic journal in the field of law published by the Faculty of Law, Universitas Samudra. Alhamdulillah, praise be to Allah swt, all the efforts of the editorial staff components of JHSK have paid off as JHSK has been accredited by DIKTI for the first time with a rating of SINTA 5 and as stipulated by the Decree of the Director General of Strengthening Research and Development of the Ministry of Research Technology and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia No. 10/E/KPT/2019 on Scientific Journal Accreditation Ratings for Period II of 2019. Improvements continue to be made by the editorial team, so JHSK has been ranked SINTA 4 based on the DECREE OF THE DIRECTOR GENERAL OF HIGHER EDUCATION, RESEARCH AND TECHNOLOGY MINISTRY OF EDUCATION, CULTURE, RESEARCH AND TECHNOLOGY REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA NO. 164/E/KPT/ 2021.

JHSK was first published in 2005 under the name Samudra Keadilan: Magazine of Law. In 2007, Samudra Keadilan: Magazine of Law applied to LIPI for an ISSN with the accepted serial number 1978-6395. The name change from Samudra Keadilan : Law Magazine to Jurnal Hukum Samudra Keadilan (JHSK) took place in 2014, one year after the establishment of Samudra University as a New State University (PTNB).The management of the journal's editorial staff was determined by the decree of the Dean of the Faculty of Law in 2014. Based on the policy of the university management that every journal in Samudra University is based on an open journal system, including JHSK in the Faculty of Law. And, JHSK is currently indexed in trusted journal indexing institutions such as Google Scholar, Garuda Dikti Portal, OneSearch Indonesia, BASE Journal, Index Copernicus, Cite Factor and others.
