Manuscripts submitted to the Aquatic Ocean Scientific Journal (JISA) have never been published before (except as part of a thesis, report, or abstract); they are not being considered for publication elsewhere; furthermore, the manuscript has been approved by all authors. Manuscripts are accepted at JISA for publication, but the author still holds the copyright and retains publishing rights without limitation. For new research findings, authors are advised to manage their patents first before publishing them in JISA.
